ABOUT ME
I am a qualified Level 4 counsellor offering online person-centred counselling for adults across the UK.
I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about what is troubling you, working at a pace that feels right for you.
My experience includes supporting survivors of sexual abuse through my voluntary work with Mosaic, and working with individuals and families affected by cancer through Cancer Support Yorkshire.
I support clients experiencing:
• Anxiety and depression
• Trauma and the effects of sexual abuse
• Emotional impact of cancer diagnosis and treatment
• Veterans and emergency service personnel
• Life changes, stress and feeling overwhelmed
I aim to offer a calm and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings and move towards greater understanding and emotional well-being.

WHAT IS ONLINE COUNSELLING
Online counselling offers a flexible and confidential way to access emotional support from the comfort of your own environment.
Sessions take place via secure video or telephone and provide a calm space to talk about whatever is on your mind. Some people feel more at ease speaking from home, particularly if they find travel difficult, have health concerns, or work shifts.
Person-centred counselling focuses on understanding your individual experience. You are not judged or directed. Instead, you are listened to with empathy and respect, allowing you to explore thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Online therapy can support you in developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience and a clearer understanding of the challenges you are facing.
